Description
When the powerful Southland Railroad Company closes its railyard in tiny Clifford, Arkansas, jobs are lost and the future looks grim. But grizzled railroaders Haney and Leo refuse to give up. They "borrow" a locomotive and set out for Chicago to have a little talk with the president.
