Unabridged ; CD.
A son of a French Holocaust survivor, Kaufman was a drinker so mauled by his indulgences that it is a marvel he held on long enough to make it into recovery. Recounting the many years of alcoholism, self-loathing, and guilt that fueled his decline, he paints the picture of his life and how his actions nearly destroyed everything. At age 40 he cleaned up his life, receiving inspiration from his daughter, sharing his cautionary tale with everyone.
