Description
All techniques are appropriate to the street for its current environment and with minimal risk to the defender. You will find in this film the basic techniques of WKMF Kravmaga, the main dodges and parries, forms of body, foot-fist, elbow and knee strikes, and the basic defenses on most common hand-to-hand attacks. The main level 1 defenses in WKMF Kravmaga are part of the yellow belt training programme.
