Description
In 1945, Jimmy Reed is not looking forward to another Christmas without his dad, who died early in the war, but his mother insists on decorating the tree with his father's Medal of Honor. The star represents honor to her, but to Jimmy it means only loss, pain, and suffering, until a letter found in a bible and a message delivered by one of his father's fellow soldiers, puts the loss of his father in perspective and renews his faith. Then when least expected, a Christmas miracle happens...
