Description
In an attempt to win Gray's love, water wizard Juvia buys a magic potion, but it backfires and makes anyone who smells it attack what they perceive as an enemy. Erza squares off against one of the pillars supporting the Guild Hall roof, while Gray charges the horizon line. The main storyline introduces a lot of new characters. Unfortunately, the most important new friend is Wendy, a young girl with formidable powers who never talks when she can whine. The most powerful foes are the demonlike members of the Dark Guild Oracion Seis, who are seeking the staggeringly powerful magic known as Nirvana. They force Wendy to revive Jellal, the redoubtable wizard the Fairy Tail Guild defeated the previous season. When he unseals Nirvana, it manifests itself as pillar of light that causes anyone whose heart is wavering between good and evil to switch sides.
