Description
This introduction to yoga is aimed specifically at 'tween' readers, featuring a fresh, accessible magazine-like feel. The book encourages children and teenagers to relax, improve posture and fitness, and how it can benefit those who practise it, and then moves on to two full sequences of yoga poses, with an illustration for each pose (one pose per page).
