Description
PiYo, a combination of Pilates- and yoga-inspired movements presented at a quick flowing pace, is a 6-day-a-week sequence using nine different workouts that incorporate stretching, strengthening, and bodyweight resistance-based exercises into a low-impact, high-intensity 60-day exercise program.
