Description
Compilation of testimonies on the death of former governor of Puerto Rico, Rafael Hernández Colón (1936-2019). He was a Puerto Rican politician who succeeded Muñoz Marín as the dominant figure of the Partido Popular Democrático (PPD) in the 1970s. He was governor of Puerto Rico for three terms (1973-1977, 1985-1989, 1989-1993). He was a key figure in contemporary Puerto Rican politics.
