Description
Police Chief Del Harris is the top cop in a small Pennsylvania town that has seen better days. The glory of the steel mill days are gone. The people of Buell are on a constant downward slide. Harris brings a raft of his own problems to his new job. An Iraq War veteran, he suffers from PTSD. As a former big city detective in Pittsburg, Harris hoped police work in a small town would be a positive change. But Del soon finds out that murders happen in rural Pennsylvania too -- and it has it own share of lowlifes.
